Third period

5:48 -- Bruins move to 2-1 lead after Hnidy unloads quick wrister from top of right faceoff circle after Krejci wins faceoff. Krejci credited with goal, but it appears the shot deflected in off Carter, straight off of Hnidy's shot

6:23 -- Only 35 seconds later, Wideman fires in slapper from above right circle, the shot deflecting in off of one of Carter's skate boots. Bruins, 3-1.

16:20 -- Martin Biron felled by a Chara slapper that banged off the goalie's mask. The goalie needs a minute to gain his composure, shakes off the blast and returns to duty.

20:00 -- Bruins clinch it, 3-1.
