Milan Lucic, scratched because of an injury to his left foot, won't be dropping the gloves tonight. (Justine Hunt/Globe Staff) |
Milan Lucic, who took a puck off the foot last night, will not play tonight. Claude Julien said the swelling in Lucic's foot was too great for him to dress. Lucic underwent X-rays last night. Julien said Lucic will be re-evaluated when the Bruins return to Boston.
Lucic (11-17--28) has missed seven games this season because of a shoulder injury.
Petteri Nokelainen will be back in the lineup.
* Tim Thomas will start tonight.
