Sturm out for tomorrow

Marco Sturm will not play tomorrow because of an undisclosed lower-body injury. Sturm was hurt in the first period last night when he fell to the ice awkwardly after taking a hit from Nikolai Kulemin. Sturm will most likely not travel with the team to St. Louis after the game. Sturm appeared to hurt his knee.
* Aaron Ward (ankle) and Petteri Nokelainen (upper body) took to the ice after practice with strength and conditioning coach John Whitesides. Both are skating hard, but neither will be available tomorrow against Carolina.
