Sturm decision tomorrow
Marco Sturm, who skated on the fourth line and participated in power-play and shootout drills today, is feeling well. The Bruins will decide tomorrow whether he can dress against Toronto.
"He's felt pretty good the last few days," said Claude Julien. "He's willing to give it a try, but I think we'll wait to see how he feels and make that decision on game day."
Sturm will participate in tomorrow's morning skate. If things go well, the Bruins will make a determination tomorrow morning. They could also wait until after pre-game warmups to determine Sturm's availability. If Sturm plays, Vladimir Sobotka would most likely be the healthy scratch.
* Given Aaron Ward's absence today, it's most likely that the defenseman (ankle) will not be available tomorrow.
* Mark Stuart, who has three points in his last two games, was paired with Zdeno Chara today. Stuart had a slow start to the year, but played with more confidence in the last two wins over Atlanta. "His play is coming along," Julien said. "Everybody's different. Some guys have quick starts, then they fade. Other guys have slow starts and get better as the year goes along."
