For better than seven seasons, Sergei Samsonov excited Bruins fans with his skating and clever offensive skills. But at the trade deadline in 2006, the Bruins swapped the 5-foot-8-inch, 188-pounder to Edmonton in a deal that brought them Marty Reasoner, Yan Stastny, and a second-round draft pick that turned out be Milan Lucic.
