When, where: Tonight, 7, at TD Banknorth Garden.
TV, radio: NESN, WBZ (1030).
Goals: Marian Hossa 13, Henrik Zetterberg 11, Johan Franzen 10.
Assists: Pavel Datsyuk 15, Mikael Samuelsson 15, Hossa 13, Brian Rafalski 13.
Goaltending: Chris Osgood (9-1-4, 3.24 GAA), Ty Conklin (6-2-0, 2.48).
Head to head: This is the teams' only meeting this season. In their only meeting last season, Detroit won, 3-1, in Boston.
Miscellany: Osgood faced just 16 shots against Columbus last night . . . Although he missed five games with a sprained knee in October, the tough and talented Franzen has picked up where he left off last season. The former fourth liner scored 15 goals in Detroit's final 16 games, then added 13 in 16 playoff games . . . Tomas Holmstrom, perhaps the most cross-checked player in the league because of his penchant for setting up shop at the edge of (or inside) the crease, won't be a concern for Zdeno Chara. The Swede will miss his sixth game with a sore back. Tomas Kopecky might try to emulate Holmstrom on the power play . . . Winger Dan Cleary returned last night after missing eight games with an eye injury and notched an assist.
