For Loui Eriksson to figure out the Bruins system, and for his line to find chemistry with him, the only solution is more time, more games, more shifts.
Eriksson sometimes feels as though the three players on his line end up too close together, that they need to spread out. There are other things, too, things that should straighten themselves out with more time together on the ice.
“Just little things,” he said. “More games we play, we’ll get more used to each other, too.”
Eriksson said the system that the Bruins play is not that much different from the one he played in Dallas. He just needs to figure out where he needs to be at certain moments.
