5. Roy Helu vs. Patriots run defense
The Redskins have bounced from Tim Hightower to Ryan Torain to Helu in its search for a consistent running game this season, and no one has reminded them of John Riggins's heyday. Helu, a rookie fourth-round pick out of Nebraska, has proven a versatile performer, leading the team in rushing yards (456) while also catching 42 passes for 303 yards out of the backfield. Still, the Redskins rank just 31st in the NFL in rushing (87.5 yards per game), and against Vince Wilfork and the Patriots' stout run defense (10th, 102.1 yards per game), the Redskins could find themselves relying on the arm of Rex Grossman, which is never a good thing.
