Never doing that again! #AirBradyPosted by Tom Brady on Saturday, March 28, 2015
This is already getting Patriots Nation all riled up.
Boston Sports Legend and Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady -- the man with the golden arm -- took a feet-first dive off a rocky cliff into the water below as shown in a 41-second video posted to his Facebook page Saturday morning.
"Never doing that again! #AirBrady" was the caption the 37-year-old Brady posted under the video.
Patriots fans were immediately concerned after viewing the footage.
"Jesus man! Every Pats fan just fainted watching that," Jason Fournier wrote in the Facebook comments section.
"A collective gasp heard all over New England!" wrote Thomas Mitchell.
Update: The jump was approximately 50 feet from the base to the pool of water below. From the video footage, it appears the location of the jump took place at the second waterfall in Montezuma on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, where Brady and his family recently returned from vacation. And this doesn't appear to be the first time Brady has taken the plunge as there's a report he made a much smaller jump in Montezuma back in 2012.
"The best QB in the history of the NFL needs to be tucked away safely in a padded room. No more of that, TB12!" wrote Aaron Dias.
Jason Murphy added, "insurance companies all around the world just cringed."
One fan perfectly posted a photo of Bill Belichick's face in the comments. You get the picture.
Brady and Belichick are sure to be asked about this move the next time they are available.
Something tells us we won't be seeing any more Brady cliff diving for a long time to come.
