FOXBOROUGH — New England Patriots running back Jonas Gray had the third-best performance for a running back in team history against the Indianapolis Colts. He will have an opportunity to repeat his performance on Sunday in the AFC Championship Game.
The Patriots released their list of inactives, and Gray was not on the list, meaning he will play on Sunday. Gray has only appeared in four games since his 201-yard, four-touchdown performance in Indianapolis in Week 11.
Defensive lineman Chris Jones, defensive end Zach Moore, wide receiver Brian Tyms, wide receiver Josh Boyce, center Bryan Stork, guard Jordan Devey, and running back James White are inactive for the Patriots.
Without Stork, the Patriots will most likely use Ryan Wendell at center, opening the path for Josh Kline to once again earn the starting nod at guard.
For the Colts, wide receiver Griff Whalen, running back Trent Richardson, cornerback Sheldon Price, tackle Xavier Nixon, center Jonotthan Harrison, outside linebacker Bjoern Werner, and nose tackle Zach Kerr will be inactive on Sunday.
