Matt Light held a quick press conference this morning that was attended by Tom Brady and Wes Welker to announce a raffle opportunity that will raise money for his foundation.

The raffle prize is a pretty good one: it includes four premium tickets (and a parking pass) for the Patriots-Colts game on Nov. 21, and the opportunity to meet Light, Brady and Welker after the game, when the quarterback and receiver will autograph a framed oil painting of the two by Somerset artist Brian Fox.

The best part: tickets are just $2 each (minimum purchase of five), so you don't have to have deep pockets to win the prize.

To buy tickets and see details on the prize, visit netraffle.org.

Unlike some athletes, Light is serious about his Light Foundation, which runs football camps in Massachusetts and his home state of Ohio, and scholarship programs, including one in honor of my dear late friend Danny Pires, a Pats beat writer from the New Bedford Standard-Times who died unexpectedly in 2008.

News, analysis and commentary from Boston.com's staff writers and contributors, including Zuri Berry and Erik Frenz.
