Give the Saints points, again, for depth, but the value of Clark overrides all at this position. While his blocking leaves much to be desired, Clarks 100-catch season illustrates what a nightmare matchup he is. Smart enough to find the seams in coverage, fast enough to get downfield, and big enough to break tackles, Clark could be construed, in essence, as the NFLs biggest slot receiver. He lines up in-line some, but most of the time, hes on the move and Robinson plays the conventional tight end. The Saints have gotten production out of Shockey, Dinkins, and Thomas, with Shockey and Thomas employed in some similar ways to Clark. The Saints, like the Colts, dont ask too much of their tight ends as blockers.
