Simply awesome: The Texas-Texas A&M game was over after 10 minutes Monday night as the Longhorns overwhelmed A&M 69-49 (and it wasn't that close). It has all clicked for the Longhorns at both ends of the court but especially defensively where they totally disrupted A&M. Final Four, here they come and I'm not the only one saying it. Bob Knight said it on the ESPN broadcast and after the game A&M coach Mark Turgeron shared what he said to Texas coach Rick Barnes after the game. "I told Rick if they keep improving and stay healthy they can win a national championship. I haven't said that about many teams. I said that about Kansas the year they won it. I've been doing this 24 years and I haven't seen many teams as good as Texas."

Fully recovered: You'd have to say Georgetown is back on track after Monday night's 62-59 victory over Louisville following their upset win over Villanova in Philly on Saturday. The Hoyas won Monday night despite a poor game from Austin Freeman, who had 13 points and six turnovers.

Norfolk strongman: As we told you, Norfolk State big man Kyle O'Quinn is coming on strong. He had 37 points, 19 rebounds and six blocks as Norfolk beat Coppin State 110-108 in double overtime Monday night. How many players have submitted stat lines like that this season?

Change of venue: Watched a little bit of the Northern Arizona's 65-54 victory over Northern Colorado. Didn't realize that Northern Arizona had moved its game to a smaller campus gym on campus because of construction at their Walkup SkyDome, which is usually the school's home for football, basketball, and indoor track.
