UMass has called a 2 p.m. press conference, where they'll announce that offensive coordinator Kevin Morris is the school's new head football coach.

Morris has been the UMass offensive coordinator for four seasons. He came to UMass from Northeastern along with head coach Don Brown. Brown resigned from his UMass post to become defensive coordinator at Maryland.
