The Atlantic 10 men's tournament has never really found a comfortable home since it left the Palestra in Philadelphia in 1995. It's moved from there to the now-razed Philly Civic Center, the soon-to-be razed Philly Spectrum, the University of Dayton Arena, US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, and to Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.

Matt Vautour has a story in the Daily Hampshire Gazette about Springfield making a pitch to get the tournament at the MassMutual Center.
