Former Lincoln-Sudbury star will make his pitch with BC soccer

On a good day, there’s nothing but blue and green to be seen on Farrar Pond in Lincoln.

Cole DeNormandie sets out with a friend on a small canoe, casts his fishing line and waits. The atmosphere is easy to take in. It all requires certain patience. And paired with an appreciation for nature, the quiet can be calming.

Once the best high school soccer players in the state, DeNormandie is now a well-traveled 20-year-old trying to find his place in the game he’s become synonymous with.

And playing two seasons at the University of Cincinnati, the former Lincoln-Sudbury Regional star has transferred to Boston College, where he will suit up for the Eagles this fall. He is also training with the New England Revolution this summer.
