It was gut-check time for the Kansas City Royals and at least one of their fans Monday night.

That's what happens at Kauffman Stadium these days when the home team hits back-to-back triples.

Just in case you were still hungry, here's a still of the same celebration, courtesy of MLB GIFs.

The fan, Jimmy Faseler, and his 6-foot-2, 300-pound frame in all its jiggly glory, was featured on the stadium's Jumbotron. Faseler, 28, is from nearby Independence, Mo., and works with at-risk youth. That would not include any kids who happened to be sitting nearby. Note the fan on his right, who lacks Faseler's girth of his portly pal, but he makes up for it with an incredible lack of rhythm.

"One of the most important things about a dancer is being in control of every extremity," Faseler told Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports. "I would consider [my mid-section] the fifth extremity."

He said he only needed one beer to get his groove on. Faseler's move, which he calls "Bringing the Thunder," is a regular in-game scoreboard feature at Royals home games.

On the field, Kansas City beat Cleveland and Terry Francona 7-1. The Royals are now tied with the Yankees, 2 1/2 games behind Texas in the race for the American League's second-wildcard spot.
