Great Celtics playoff performances
There wasn't much to cheer about for the Celtics in the early 2000s, but a playoff comeback against the Nets was one of the highlights. The Celtics came back from down 26 points in the second half to stun New Jersey, 94-90, in Game 3 of their playoff series. Pierce scored 19 of his 28 points in the fourth quarter after struggling early, much to the dismay of teammate Antoine Walker. "I felt like Paul was bailing them out," Walker said. "I felt like he wasn't playing the game he's capable of playing. He stepped up huge in the fourth quarter like he's done all season long and showed why he's an All-Star."
