Celtics: Bad moves, not bad luck

The Celtics traded the No. 7 pick in the 2006 NBA Draft, forward Raef LaFrentz, and guard Dan Dickau to Portland for Theo Ratliff and Sebastian Telfair (pictured). Ratliff played in two games for the Celtics in 2006-2007 before shutting it down with a back injury. Telfair is no longer on the team after being arrested on a gun charge. The No. 7 pick could have been used to draft all-rookie team members Randy Foye or Rudy Gay, among others.
