A couple days ago, when Delonte West was trying to squash the leftover rumblings about his beef with Von Wafer, he said that Shaquille O'Neal and Kevin Garnett played a huge part in killing the drama by being comedians. Garnett didn't go into detail about what they did to laugh off the incident, but this morning at shootaround he said, "It was a funny concept, and everybody had to laugh at it."

In the end Garnett, who's been in his share of dust-ups, said it's a part of the game and sometimes it's good to laugh it off.

From Garnett:

“Man, look, everybody’s been a part of altercations in their careers. Lord knows I have, Shaq [has]. In the best way, what you find is that when you do go through something like that in an odd way, you grow from it. Everybody learns from it. But at the end of the day, if you can’t laugh at it, put some time of humor in it – because it’s going to be some type of humor in everything.”
