Due to no working wireless courtside at the XL Center, we could only provide halftime updates. Kevin Garnett dropped 11 points in 9-plus minutes and most of the starters sat in the second quarter and Doc Rivers worked on Glen Davis getting post work. He finished with 9 points and 5 rebounds in the first half.

The Knicks are led by Danilo Gallinari with 13 points and Raymond Felton with 12, including a banked 3-pointer late in the second quarter.

Nate Robinson has 7 for the Celtics who are shooting 45.7 percent from the field and out-rebounding the Knicks 22-12.
