Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett, who has missed the last nine games due to an abdominal strain, said he had a strong workout today and suffered no setbacks.

Garnett, an 11-time All Star, still plans to play on Tuesday against Denver, but says he will leave the final decision with coach Doc Rivers. A solid practice Monday in Denver at the Metro State University could solidify his chances to return to the lineup.

In other injury news, forward Brian Scalabrine (strain right groin) is not expected to make the team's west coast trip beginning on Tuesday.

Glen Davis, who strained his left quad and has a knee bruise on Wednesday at New York, is expected to play in Denver.

Center Kendrick Perkins, who has missed the last three games with a strained left shoulder, is listed as day to day.
