Chest strain forces James to sideline
To the disappointment of 8,112 fans at last night's Celtics-Cavaliers game at Mellon Arena, LeBron James was a late scratch with a strained muscle in his chest. James sustained the injury during Cleveland's first exhibition game Monday night against Washington and had pain yesterday.
