Bradley Beal used a pump fake to get open and then made a jumper with 0.3 seconds left as the Wizards beat the Thunder, 101-99, Monday night in Washington.
Beal and Martell Webster led Washington with 22 points each.
The Wizards had lost 13 of their previous 14.
Kevin Durant led Oklahoma City with 29 points and Serge Ibaka contributed 26.
The Thunder missed 16 straight shots from midway through the third quarter to midway through the fourth.
Webster had a 4-point play to give the Wizards a 99-94 lead late in the game.
But Ibaka made a jumper, and Durant made a 3-pointer with 36 seconds left to tie the game.
Bulls 118, Cavaliers 92 — Carlos Boozer had 24 points and 11 boards to lead host Chicago to a rout of Cleveland.
Joakim Noah added 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls, who beat the Cavaliers for the 11th straight time.
Chicago, which posted a season-high in points, moved to 11-1 when Boozer and Noah have double-doubles.
Hornets 95, Spurs 88 — Eric Gordon scored 6 straight points in a fourthquarter spurt and had 24 overall to lead New Orleans past visiting San Antonio.
Anthony Davis added 17 points for the Hornets, who have won two consecutive games for the first time since Nov. 2-3. Manu Ginobili scored 21 points to lead the Spurs.
Jazz 100, Mavericks 94 — Gordon Hayward scored a season-high 27 points as Utah defeated Dallas in Salt Lake City. Al Jefferson added 15 points and 11 rebounds for Utah. Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavericks with 20 points.
Grizzlies 113, Kings 81 — Wayne Ellington scored a season-high 26 points to help visiting Memphis defeat Sacramento. Zach Randolph scored 17 points and had seven rebounds for the Grizzlies.
Trail Blazers 125, Magic 119 — LaMarcus Aldridge scored 27 points, Wesley Matthews had 24, and J.J. Hickson netted 20 to lead host Portland over Orlando in overtime.
