Notes: With the Red Sox an AL-worst 10-19 against righty starters this season, this lineup features eight of the team's nine best bats against RHPs (per OPS) thus far. Mike Napoli, the club's second best, sits ... This will be the first game since Sizemore filled the role on April 23 that the Sox leadoff hitter will be someone other than Pedroia ... Sizemore is batting .103 (4-for-39) with a .146 OBP batting out of the leadoff spot this season ... Victorino had batted second in his first 18 games of the season, though he is batting .232 with a .289 OBP against right-handers ... This is the second time this season Gomes has batted clean-up ... After starting 22 consecutive games in center field, Jackie Bradley Jr. sits for the second time in four contests.
