It's good to see the great Pedro Martinez getting back involved with some charity events in the Boston area.

Pedro will be collecting toys at HomeGoods in Bedford (309 Great Road) on Saturday from 5-7 p.m. Bring two new and unwrapped toys and receive an autograph from Pedro.

The event will benefit pediatric cancer patients at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the underprivileged youth in the Dominican Republic through the Pedro Martinez and Brothers Foundation.
