The annual Jason Varitek Celebrity Putt-Putt tournament will be July 21 at Athletic Evolution in Woburn.

The charity event raised funds for Journey Forward, a non-profit group that helps people with spinal cord injuries.

The event is a 18 hole mini-golf tournament with a celebrity at each hole. Part participants have included Ray Bourque, Jacoby Ellsbury, Jon Lester, Jonathan Papelbon, Coco Crisp, Lenny Clarke, Tim Wakefield, Trot Nixon, David Ortiz, Mark Loretta, Matt Clement, Gabe Kapler, Doug Mirabelli, Kevin Youkilis, Josh Beckett, Mike Timlin, Alex Cora, Manny Delcarmen, Kevin Jarvis, Bob Sweeney, Don Sweeney, Travis Roy, Scott Young and Max Lane.

The game is played on an 18-hole custom built course. Spectators and golfers are treated to a night to remember with celebrity guests, live and silent auctions and much more.

Tickets are $50 each and they include a photograph with Jason Varitek and a $50 gift certificate to Athletic Evolution. You can purchase tickets at www.journey-forward.org/celebrityputtputt

Foursomes for the event are still available as well.
