According to a team source, appendicitis has been ruled out for center fielder Mike Cameron, who missed yesterday's game in Minnesota because of abdominal pain.

Cameron was examined at a Minnesota hospital yesterday. He will be seen by Red Sox team doctors this morning.

Bill Hall played center in Cameron's absence.
