Roster move on tap

An interesting roster move awaits the Sox today if they activate Keith Foulke, as expected.
Lefthander Craig Breslow figures to go back to Pawtucket to make room for Hinske, but manager Terry Francona has said Kyle Snyder is tentatively scheduled to start Tuesday in Anaheim, Calif., when the Sox need an extra pitcher. If that is the case, the Sox would seem to have no choice but to make a move with either Rudy Seanez or Julian Tavarez. Tavarez is signed for next season, so Seanez could be the man on the bubble. Someone could suddenly get hurt, of course, making it unnecessary for anyone to be designated, or the Sox could delay activating Foulke.
