Sure, the Red Sox have left you with nothing to watch on TV this late in the season for the first time since 2002, but you'll always have 2004. In that spirit, we're recapping last year's historic ALCS between the Red Sox and Yankees. Today, Game 6 ...
The bloody red sock made its debut a year ago today. A day after having a minor surgical procedure on his ankle tendon, Curt Schilling pitched seven innings of one-run ball in Yankee Stadium to force a historic Game 7. This was also the game Alex Rodriguez slapped a ball out of Bronson Arroyo's glove.
