AL East Preview

Baltimore Orioles No question that manager Buck Showalter is changing the culture, but in time to reap the rewards now? The success of the team depends on the maturity of his young starters — Brian Matusz, who made great strides last year; Jake Arrieta, who has enormous talent; Chris Tillman, still waiting; and lefty Zach Britton, who could be very exciting. Their lineup will swing and miss, but should be powerful with Derrek Lee and Mark Reynolds at the corners. Good athletes in Adam Jones, Nick Markakis, and the oft-injured Brian Roberts.
