Parker, Spurs drop Dallas

Tony Parker's season-high 30 points included a go-ahead layup with 35 seconds left, Michael Finley made three key free throws, and the San Antonio Spurs held on to beat the Mavericks, 92-90, last night in Dallas, and remain alone atop the Western Conference.

Parker added two free throws with 12 seconds left to make it 92-88.

Marquis Daniels missed a shot for Dallas, but got the long rebound and threw a wild shot toward the basket, drawing a foul from Brent Barry to get three free throws with 6.1 seconds left. After Daniels made the first two shots, he missed the third.

Daniels finished with a season-high 24 points for the Mavericks, who lost consecutive games for the first time under coach Avery Johnson.

Lakers 105, Jazz 101 -- Kobe Bryant had a game-high 30 points as visiting Los Angeles downed Utah in overtime.
