League record: Running the table on the 2007 season gives the Patriots the league record as well. The Dolphins also had an undefeated season, in 1972, but played 14 games.
Of note: The Patriots ran their streak to 18 games in the 2007 playoffs before losing to the Giants in Super Bowl XLII. They also won their last three games of the 2006 regular season and first two games of the 2008 season to create a 21-game regular-season win streak over three seasons. Next
