Interactive map
As a companion to the Globe's special section on the Boston waterfront, Boston.com is publishing a special interactive map of the Seaport District, an underutilized section of the city's waterfront in South Boston that will be the focus of much planning and development in the coming months and years.
To see the map and explore its many layers, you will need a free plug-in, called Autodesk MapGuide. It will take a few minutes, but needs to be done just once.
Click on the MapGuide icon on the right to download the plug-in.
The Viewer must be installed on a Windows '95, NT or 3.1 platform in either of the following browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later
Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later
