UNITED NATIONS -- The United Nations Security Council unanimously passed a resolution last night calling for a ``full cessation of hostilities" in southern Lebanon and Israel, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese territory, and the deployment of as many as 15,000 UN troops in southern Lebanon to support the Lebanese army.
