RAFAH, Gaza Strip -- Thousands of Palestinians and Egyptians streamed unchecked across the southern border of the Gaza Strip yesterday for the second day in a row, climbing 18-foot iron walls and squeezing through barbed wire in a euphoric rush that celebrated the newfound freedom of Gaza.
