The Flappy Bird game, which has been flying high in the mobile gaming world, appears to be headed to for a crash landing.

According to a report in The Telegraph, the creator of the game plans to take it down because he says wants to "live in peace."

The game app, available for free, reportedly earns $50,000 per day in advertising revenue. But for its developer, identified by The Telegraph as Dong Nguyen of Vietnam, the money isn't worth the toll it's taking on his well being.

It may not be his final decision, however, according to the report. According to The Telegraph, the creators of a Twitter account claimed Nguyen told them he'd consider keeping the game available if enough people showed him that they enjoy the game.

The app appears to still be available as of the publication of this blog post, so if you're desperate to see what all the flap is about, wing it on over to your friendly app store and pluck the game up quickly.
