Cassandra Lynn Hensley, a Playboy model best known as Miss February 2006, was reportedly found dead in the bathtub of her friend's Los Angeles home on Wednesday.
While her death remains under investigation, Hensley's friend has indicated it may have been due to a drug overdose. No specific drugs have been identified.
Hensley, 34, was raised in Utah before moving to California. She lived in the Playboy mansion in 2006, around the time of her cover and arguably the peak of her career.
Prior to her death, she remained active on social media, particularly on Twitter where she had nearly 8,000 followers. Since the news, her account appears to have been taken down.
Her feed was set to automatically update with a daily horoscope, and the one posted the day after her death read: "Unspoken obligations prevent you from doing what you wish today."
