The 75 pianos strewn about the Greater Boston area better step up their game.

This group of opera singers performing at Quebec's Festival d'Opéra decided to raise the bar on public piano performances by bringing together a dozen uniquely gifted voices to create a very impressive "opera organ."

Passersby stopped to watch as children, adults, and even a dog got involved in the action, stepping on light-up keys and triggering notes from the corresponding singer.

Suffice it to say these singers are not amateurs.

An organization called TFO brought this wonderful work to the people of Quebec, according to Creative Criminals, a site that follows creative advertising campaigns around the world.

So while this beautiful display of art and music apparently has the slight tinge of being a marketing ploy, it's hard to knock such a cool and public-friendly act.

Sing on opera-organ! Sing on!
