WatchESPN and HBO Go have been added to Apple TV's list of streaming options, the company announced today. Both services were considered the two biggest missing pieces from a lineup that already included Netflix, Hulu Plus, and live sports from the MLB, NBA, and NHL.
WatchESPN allows users with TV subscriptions to the network to live-stream content from ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, and ESPN3 such as Monday Night Football, SportsCenter, and college football and basketball.
HBO GO, which also requires a TV subscription, includes full seasons of the network's shows like "Game of Thrones" and "The Sopranos", as well as movies and comedy specials.
