Former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney stopped by "The Tonight Show" on May 17 to talk to Jay Leno. The former Massachusetts governor drew laughs when he said he can't be objective about the scandals facing the Obama administration. He also broke down the issues facing the White House, including the targeting by the IRS of conservative groups and the seizure of phone records at The Associated Press.

In the second part of the interview, Romney discussed his failed presidential campaign.
