Rush Limbaugh coming back to WRKO
Conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh will be coming back to WRKO radio starting on Aug. 21.
According to the station, Limbaugh will take the noon to 3 p.m. weekday slot. WRKO reported that the Monday-through-Friday lineup starting on Aug. 21 will be:
5:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.: Todd Feinburg and Michele McPhee
9 a.m. - 11 a.m.: "The Financial Exchange" with Barry Armstrong
11 a.m. - noon: "The Kuhner Report" with Jeff Kuhner
Noon - 3 p.m.: Rush Limbaugh
3 p.m. - 7 p.m.: Howie Carr
"When we were presented with the opportunity to bring Rush back to WRKO, it was a no-brainer," said Jason Wolfe, vice president of programming for Entercom Boston, in an article on the WRKO site. "He's the biggest personality in broadcasting and his return gives us an incredible one-two punch along Howie from noon to 7 p.m."
