Celina Aarons of Florida was shocked when she received her 43-page phone bill of $201,005.44 from T-Mobile. She said her brother, who is deaf and mute, used the phone to send about 2,000 text messages and exceeded the limit on a two-week trip to Canada. When contacted by WSVN-TV Miami, T-Mobile told the station that customers should track their roaming usage while on vacation abroad. The telecom company negotiated, brought down the bill to $2,500, and gave Aarons six months to pay.
