COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The widow of Christopher Reeve urged Americans yesterday to support John F. Kerry in the presidential election because the Democrat supports expanded embryonic stem cell research, but President Bush made his own case for reelection by focusing on his efforts to lower health care costs, in particular by reducing malpractice lawsuits.
