For the record

Correction: Because of a reporting error, a photo caption in yesterday's City & Region section accompanying a story about an attorney discipline case incorrectly identified attorney Timothy J. Dacey as Richard K. Donahue, one of the lawyers facing discipline. Dacey is representing Donahue as co-counsel and is not facing sanctions.

Correction: Because of a reporting error, a capsule review in Sunday's Books section of ''Girls of Tender Age" at one point characterizes the story as crime fiction. The writer meant to suggest the book, which is a memoir, reads as well as fiction.

Correction: Because of a reporting error, a story in Sunday's Globe West section gave a wrong location for a forum this evening on the town of Wellesley's financial outlook. The forum, sponsored by the local branch of the League of Women Voters, is at 6:45 at the Wellesley Library, 530 Washington St.

Correction: Because of incorrect publicity information, a story in Sunday's Arts & Entertainment section incorrectly stated that Bryony Lavery's play ''Frozen" was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in drama. It was not. Also, the story said the play was nominated for five Tony Awards. It was nominated for four Tonys.

The Globe welcomes information about errors that call for corrections. Information may be e-mailed to comments@globe.com or left in a message at 617-929-8230.
