WASHINGTON -- Despite eyewitness reports saying Marko Boskic participated in the executions of about 1,200 Bosnian Muslims nine years ago, the United Nations tribunal does not plan to indict him for war crimes, court officials in The Hague said yesterday. (Full Article: 1017 Words)
