Lynch campaign pays for personal vehicle

No FEC violation, spokesman says

A Chrysler Aspen, with the registration ‘‘USA 9,’’ was parked last Saturday across from 55 G St. in South Boston. US Representative Stephen F. Lynch owns the vehicle, but his campaign committee makes the $766 monthly payment.
