GREENLAND, N.H.—There's some good news for the housing market in the New Hampshire Seacoast area.
Portsmouth Appraiser Verne Gardner says the housing market is starting to gain some energy.
Gardner spoke Thursday with the Seacoast Board of Realtors.
Housing sales have increased and the number of days a home is on the market is going down.
Foster's Daily Democrat reports Gardner says the changes haven't hit Dover or Rochester yet, but the market tends to be driven by Boston and spreads out northwest from Portsmouth.
