NASHUA, N.H.—Former President Bill Clinton is coming to New Hampshire for a get-out-the-vote rally with Gov. John Lynch in Nashua.
The rally is scheduled for Sunday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Nashua Community College.
Lynch said Tuesday that Clinton balanced the federal budget, created a surplus and helped create jobs -- the same thing he is doing in New Hampshire. Lynch said he has cut spending and balanced the state budget in tough economic times.
Lynch said he and Clinton will lead the rally. The event is free but space is limited. The public can request tickets by e-mailing the New Hampshire Democratic Party.
Lynch faces Republican John Stephen in Tuesday's election. Stephen says Lynch's mismanagement will leave the state with a huge deficit.
