The Boston Strangler case
The Boston Strangler was thought to have killed 13 women between 1962 and early 1964. Most of the victims were strangled with stockings or other pieces of clothing or bed linen and many were sexually assaulted. One victim was choked to death by the suspect's bare hands. The victims ranged in age, but most were older women who lived alone.
